Anyone know about helium?

I have been a member of helium.com since December 9, 2007. I have written 59 articles/poems for the site. I have 3 yellow stars for rating articles. I haven't been able to log in for the past 2 days! It says my user name/password combination is invalid. I haven't changed it since I joined! I clicked on the "forgot password/user name" and entered my email address and it says my account is "in a state that can't be altered". What in the world does that mean? I emailed them yesterday for help and again today, and haven't heard anything. It is very frustrating not to be able to log in and do anything. I was really enjoying writing and reading. Anyone know of anything else I can do?

Helium offer earning sharing for article you send. Keep emailing them, and email other member that you know.

not heard of them but I would keep emailing them. and maybe they have gone off line and dissappesred like some programs do.

Write and ask about it at help@helium.com. They responds pretty quickly. Try out once again. Also just search your name in search engine to see if all your articles are there at Helium.

wow that's a lot! I joined and then cancelled. I have too many blogs to keep and write so I don't feel like writing there. the admin was fast and helpful when I needed to cancel, it took them 3 days or something. Maybe you should wait another day.

Hi Estherlou, Can you drop me a line on this at thingywhatsit51@yahoo.com and I shall try and ascertain what has happened if you want me to. I believe Helium to be the best writing site online and I can find out what is happening through their technical staff or you can by writing to help@helium.com who address issues like this, as I am positive there will be an explanation that is simple.

I am sorry to hear that! I haven't encountered such problem for the past two days, I just hope that it would be fine for you really soon. And I hope that you would hear from them really soon! Hopefully it all work out fine for you!
