I am a pretty hot tempered person. That caused quite a bit of problems between me and my now husband when we first started dating. He says it's all that italian blood in me LOL. Over the last couple of years I have really tried to overcome it. I used to get mad at the drop of a hat over the littlest things, but when my mom died, I realized that life if just too short to act like that. Now, I save it for the stuff that really matters. What about you?

Its not easy to control our anger everytime, but we can manage it,i think a movie named "angry managment"shows that in a funny manner.doctor defines angry as "exhibiting a characteristic or creating a mood associated with anger or danger, as by color, sound, force etc.Me used to do medication to manage my anger.I prefer it to all of my friends.better way is just go somewhere when u get angry,or just count number or just pray.these ways are good to manage anger.

I think the thing that makes me angry more than anything else is the uncompassionate judgement of others. The past few months I have been trying to work on not getting angry as easy and stop caring what people think and it's a slow process but it's coming along...

I am a very quite person in nature, but I easily explode when totally pi$$ed off. I'm not sure what I could when I'm mad, since most of the times I seemed to be possessed by something or someone else that I don't know what I was doing.
So with that, I decided to control that amount of temper I have in me. I'd rather close all of my senses once triggered by anger, I can be a hulking man that is full of rage that people would be sorry that they'd mess up with the wrong person.
I'll just close my eyes, count from 1 to 10 and then take a deep breath.

yeah me too, you know when others are good, we can also be good, yes! when others are evil, it is easy for me to become evil...lol but thats true :)
Anger is an ugly and destructive emotion.
All human beings are subject to anger in one form to another in our daily lives. It is a negative emotion which is dormant within us, awaiting to flare up and take control over our lives when the occasion arises.
Uncontrolled anger can cause us great deal of harm both physically and emotionally. anger can we brought under control. so thats I do to control my emotion. i leave the place when i got angry and sooner or later i realize i was wrong too. Happy weekend, take care.

ANGER IS A VALUABLE GIFT DO NOT LOSE IT UN-NECESSARYLY,
yes i do get anger, sometime, but i know how to over come that,
coz ve gain nothing by getting angry but rather make the other person to suffer, or we start shrinking from others, rather we have to stretch with others, coz we live a short life,
need to be patience with ourself first, in order to have patience with the world or others,

I yet to comeacross a person who does not get angry. Therefore it is a common pehnomenon. Some show it off, some hide it. Both are wrong if it is displayed in extreme range. One should know it is not worth getting angry for some reason or the other. But then to practice this - zero anger level- one has to realize the problems that are created around us due to our anger. Major being, health upset due to anger. So I have been practicing everyday to totally avoid getting angry. Each day if I assess that I hadn't got angery, then each day test is passed by me.

I am a pretty hot-tempered person myself, and am wondering if i shoudn't take a refresher on anger management class. Anger has been my number one problem for relationship probems as well, unfortunately. I have recently had this affect a good friendship of mine. I could just brush it off and say that it is the Irish in me, but that is really no excuse. I don't get mad at little things, but say, when i feel hurt ot violated in some way, sometimes my first response is anger, but really i think we are just hurt inside about something. Injustice in the world makesa me angry though, and i suppose that always will.

Well I lost my mom two years ago and I still have my hair trigged temper. I am not Italian so I don't have that excuse.I get angry over small and big things with equal intensity. The only thing that calms me down is when I find the proper revenge. Usually that means Never talking to the person or doing Absolutely nothing but I do feel so much better when I find and excute the proper revenge.

Hi,
I too get angry some times. Sometimes I get angry at my child when he is out of control and does not listen to me or does something that is harmful for him. I used to scold him earlier and try to teach him discipline but nothing worked. Now, I call him near me and he obeys me. I make him understand lovingly and I show that I care for him. He understands me better when I do this. This really made me understand that getting angry is not the solution but it can damage relationship. I try to be calm and think twice before I act. Lot of unpleasant things can be avoided. Take care and be calm. Everything will be fine. Regards.

Whenever I get mad I feel like I need to punch or hit something. That's why I have a punching bag in my basement that I beat up when I get angry. lol.
