jamlecat I generally stick to the regular teas, but am thinking on getting into decaf and green tea, since i want to lose some weight. I also want to just strictly start drinking 6-8 glasses of water a day since this flushes out your system naturally of impurities too....

jamlecat no problem. Yeah flodgers is an American brand although I live in Canada. Yeah I frequent Tim Hortons here and hav one of thier reloadable cards. I usually keep my limit to 15.00 per month and that buys about seven cups of coffee for a treat for better coffee...

jamlecat Trying to eat healthier too. Maybe i will find out from my dietition. I like both too. I eat my oatmeal, with as little sugar as possible, fruit is a good substitiute to add instead of sugar to both ceareals.
