Does this iritate you too?

My husband did this when we were boyfriend and girlfriend. I didn't mind the hickeys so much (other than they were a little embarrassing LOL), though I didn't cover them up. What bothered me was that he wouldn't let me give him any. WTF? If he could give them to me, why couldn't I give them to him? So one day I brought this up and he said I could, but by then the novelty wore off and I just wanted him to stop doing it to me. I'm pretty sure he hasn't given me any since. LOL

its a problem with man.... (im a man as well) yes i like leaving hickies on my girlfriend's body thats true, but the thing is that she hates me leaving any on her neck, because she said the hickies will be seen by other people if shes wearing like a short sleeve T-shirt or something. it just doesnt seem that good. "it made me look like some hooker" thats what she said.... so we talked and i can still leave hickies on her is just that the spots for hickies is on the spots that can be covered by clothes.... :)(The problem is that men like to leave hickies on woman is because he wants to mark the woman as his.... its like this in the animal world as well... watch some animal planet channel and you can see it in the africawild life habitat.... its like a dog pissing at different areas to show his area and other dogs can smell from the pee of the dog that pissed...)

I work with children so its a rule that my husband does not leave marks anywhere that they will be seen. Its bad manners and not good for the work I do. So, we don't have a problem. However, it sounds to me like you need to lay down your own ground rules, rough play is fine if you both want it, but if you are unhappy when he does this then he needs to respect your feelings and not make you feel uncomfortable about it,

Yes! He does it all the time and I don't notice it til the next day. It's so embarrassing and he does it on purpose to annoy me. He just tackles me and gives them to me and thinks it's hilarious.

Oh geez, my guy does this too! Sometimes when he leaves marks, I want to hit him! Because they are so obvious! I've yelled at him about it. I don't mind him getting romantic with me, but geez, don't suck on my neck so damn hard!

I couldn't agree more. This is so annoying. My boyfriend does this too and I just hate him when he does. One time I was able to get even with him, I put major lipstick on and kissed him everywhere while he's asleep. He woke up and never bothered to check his reflection out. He even went to McDonalds to buy us some breakfast and it was the cashier at the store who showed him what he looked like! He went ballistic on me after that incident! but I couldn't be more proud of myself!

Wow, I haven't had hicky in so long I would probably enjoy it :) No, seriously, when you are of a certain age, hickies should be placed on areas of the body that is not visible to the public for instance, the inner thigh is a good spot or maybe the left butt cheek, lol.
