How much water do you drink each day?
I try to drink at least 51 oz, but I'm wondering if that's really enough.
Do you drink tap water or bottled water?
Bottled water for me. The water here tastes funny...lol

It reality you should be drinking 8 glasses, glasses meaning 8oz. you should be doing 8-10 glasses all depending on where you live and the humidity and heat. if you live somewhere with high humidity then you should drink more water because a lot of it goes out with sweat. you don't NEED to drink that much, but it is suggested. some might say its just a myth. you can survive without that amount of water but depending on your body and location you may become dehydrated.
so 8 -8oz glasses is about 64oz
but you shouldn't really count. just make sure you have enough to keep you hydrated. for weight loss, drinking water helps to 'cleanse' your body and take out all the unwanted toxins. but if you drink too much at a time, you'll end up bloated. really, you should be drinking enough water to make your urine clear. if its still yellow, you haven't been drinking enough.

oh wow, forgot the rest of the question.
well again, depending on the area tap water should be fine, but in most places filtered is probably better. in Hawaii the tap water is actually very fresh and tastes fine since its naturally filtered from the lava rocks in the mountains. in places like California they add things to the water which give it a funny taste sometimes. i still filter all my water and drink that.

I drink at least 8 x 8 oz glasses of cold filtered water everyday. HOWEVER, there is no scientific reason for it. It just helps me feel less hungry. I also don't drink sodas. Try to find a scientific study that supports the 8x8 theory and you won't be able to. Lots of diet gurus say you MUST but they don't have science backing them up. What doctors say is drink when you are thirsty. Your body tells you what you need to drink.

I drink the recommended 2 lites of water a day. I always keep a bottle with me to make it easier as its good for your skin & loosing weight. Remember that other sources of hydration are just as good as water such as tea & some juices. I drink tap water but I live in an area where the water is filtered a lot! I find drinking bottled water too expensive!

I am trying to drink at least 6 glasses of water a day, but it is really hard! I am not too fond of water.
Luckily out tap water tastes good, so I can drink from the tap.

Our body needs more than a liter of water for washing out the wastes from our body. If you are in a tropical country like ours, then you need more water, at least 2 liters. the water intake is according to the place you live in and the level of exertion your body goes through.
You can drink tap water if it good and clear. Otherwise stick to mineral water. I drink tap water but I get it purified at home as well.

I think I drink about 4 pints of water a day on average, sometimes I only drink one but other days I'll have about 8 or 9.
I'll only drink bottled water if I'm out and am really thirsty. I refuse to drink bottled water at home, because tap water's exactly the same. Our water tastes a bit funny sometimes aswell, but if I leave it in the fridge for a few minutes before drinking it tastes okay.
