This game is all the rage. Someone told me you can play games like tennis/kickboxing and actually lose weight because the game is so lifelike. Has anyone tried this before?

pure_pinklaydee That doesn't sound silly at all :) Its become bit of a craze recently & even celebrities have admitted to using their nintendo wii to help them excercise! I own a wii sports & find it a great fitness tool. The tennis is quiete good & the boxing one especially....
