This game is all the rage. Someone told me you can play games like tennis/kickboxing and actually lose weight because the game is so lifelike. Has anyone tried this before?

dreamy1 My cousins have a Wii and I was at their house a few weeks ago playing it, it was the first time I played. I'm not into video games myself. It was fun I played tennis and boxing and let me tell you especially with the boxing you can get a workout.

KevinIX The Wii Sports (Wii Tennis and Wii Bowling especially) are really fun. They aren't close at all to the real thing. However, it definitely feels more real, since you are mimicking the actions of a tennis player or bowler. I doubt you could lose much weight...
