Anyone know any? I just find it interesting and wanted an aim (although most are waaay too thin!)
I found the following waist measurements:
Victoria Beckham- 23"Keira Knightley- 24"Dolly Parton- 20"Dita Von Teese- 16" (!!) this...

Just though I would share a few small changes I made which have made a big difference. Even if there not all for you just one of them can make a change.
-swap junk food snacks for fruit, might sound boring but fruits like berries...
