Yea,I do agree with you doing exercise will help in keeping our body fit and healthy. As if doing everyday,I would like to hold my opinion considering what kinda exercise you're doing. If you're doing Yoga,I think it's ok as long as you can insist in it;if we say the gym,I should say it is better to do every two day coz your muscle need to be relaxed fully before the next exercise~lol.have a nice day!

I really wanted to tream down some of my weight for i am getting bigger and bigger now. I am very worried about it. I guess i should go back and discepline myself. I am glad you ask about it that make me think again.

Friend, take a look at your diet. If you can fix it right then half your battle is won. And then do lot of stretching exercises, Stretching is easy to follow as you can do that at home also.
well
all the best.

I think whatever you do a 30 minute exercise regime is a must everyday or may be atleast five days a week for the conditioning of the body and mind. thanks for the response.

I have not been doing exercise for many months and I do feel worried about my helath now. Infact in my work I had to move quite a bit and I was not required to take exercise regularly. However, now I am involved in a job where there is hardly any body movement required. Perhaps my body gets stiff very frequently. I am so engaged with overload of work that I hardly get some time even to go through the headlines of the news paper in the morning. By evening when I am free, I am so much tired that I do not feel like doing anything. I know that this is not good thing for my own health.
I am planning to reduce my work load by completing certain assignments early and then by not accepting more so that I wil be little free and will take exercise regularly to keep fit. Hats off to you for doing it regularly.

If your job is a desk job then you can learn to do some desk exercises to relax and stretch your stiff body parts. Also you can start working out in the early morning, if you manage to sleep in time. Well i guess it is easy to advice but hard to follow as i can easily advice you.. Anyways, take care

I used to be in a good health, but gradually I found myself easy to get tired, and more significantly, I found one of my nails is beginning to wither. As you know, the color and shape of one's nails can disclose his health status. And after googling the sympthom, I realised that I was suffering the iron deficiency anaemia, which I just not imagine in my teenage. Hard working brings about better material life, but people are sacrificing their health for that.
I decided to make a balance between the work and life. So in the first place I moved to within 40 minutes on foot away from the company, and walk to the company and back home everyday. It does work. Some time after my friends said that I looked much better.
Perhaps you find yourself tied with too much work and have no time to work out regularly, then try to do a little bit exercise everyday, but do keep on, and sooner or later you will see the improvement.

I exercise sometimes, not every day. It's quite hard to keep exercise everyday.
