Kevin9488 In my opinion, to be healthy you need to eat a portion of meat and lots of veggies! Fruits nearly everyday (unless you can eat everyday without getting bored of it). Exercise is essential for health, eating healthy food without exercise won't take much effect....

Kevin9488 My trainers i've worn lasted for 3 years. I just bought a new one recently, but i like my old one since i am used to it. 8 years i think is insane. My foot grows a little which is the only reason why i need to buy new shoes.

Kevin9488 I love chicken wings the most. It is my favourite part because its easy to eat clean. Its tender and smooth and has lots of skin. I like it fried obviously.
