when to go the gym?

does anyone think certain times are more beneficial than others? I heard if you excercise during your period you burn more fat and it helps with PMS. Also its meant to be good when your stressed. When do you think would be the worse time to work out? i'd have to say when you were hungover- eurgh!

Working out before your period can help with cramps and mood swings but during, I won't even try it. Early mornings are best for me, before I eat anything, that way I can burn some extra calories and I feel great for the rest of the day. I have seen more than a few people show up hung over and then fall asleep on the machines or run into the bathroom puking their guts out.

Personally I like going first thing in the morning because it really gives me lots of energy for the day ahead. I used to go in the evening - now and then I still do - but I don't find it as beneficial and I'm wide awake for hours afterwards so usually have trouble sleeping. If I get the chance I'll sometimes go at lunchtime which I really enjoy and it perks me up for the afternoon at work. I have found that hangovers and workouts definitely don't mix well!

I did not know that for sure. That is just something else. I would agree with that and also when you're sick wouldn't be good times to go to the gym.

Well Im not sure but I had heared that doing exercise in morning and evening is much better than night and afternoon, therefore our gym center timings are 4:00 - 6:00am then 5:00 - 7:00pm. Apart from this exercise in any time will help you to improve your health and shape of your body! So donot criticize upon it and do exercise any time you want to do.

Due to experiments that i've read about, the best time to work out should be between 14 hrs - 18 hrs. It is were the body has the most power. It's correct that if you want to lose weight instead of building muscles and toning then you should work out before breakfast where the body have rested all night and you do not have any fuel in your body. I find that i have to times a day where i feel i get the most out of my work out, it's between 10 - 12hrs and 15 - 17 hrs.
