Do you earn more for posting or responding to discussions?

h,friend,previously we used to get $1,fixed earning for 35-50 responses.....But now the system of cash out has been changed completely by my lot.All the earnings are SUBJECTED TO RULES AND QUALITY OF DISCUSSION/RESPONSE.

I have noticed that when i respond to discussions i do earn more.Mylot says to rate the users so that what i do,normally i give all(+) unless its something disrespectful.I think it helps the user ratings as well as yours.
