Well, if things didn't go like that, we might still be a colony of those conquerors.. then again, a revolution would've still taken place either Rizal came back or not..

Well what i mean(not so much about our liberation), was it really necessary for him to come back to the Philippines on that time. Some writers say that he wanted to come back to see what were the effects of his novel to his country. Was it really important for him to do that? What good things came out when he went back here?

Well for starters, he didn't really intend for a radical revolution. He just wanted his country men to open their eyes of the maltreatment.
He did came backbut he also tried to get out again though, that time, trying to help out in the war as a medical practitioner yet, even before he could fully leave, he was recalled back to the country and then accused as a conspirator of the premature revolution that he himself detested.
