I always try to buy and use fresh, organic fruits and vegetables, and I'm lucky enough to have access to them and be able to afford them =)
I don't have one favourite vegetable in particular, but I do like to use sweet potato in almost everything I cook, because it's just so darn delicious.
I also like some canned veges, such as peeled, diced tomatoes, which is nice and easy for big meals.
And I always have frozen peas & corn, other than that, it's fresh produce all the way =)

Obviously fresh is better. Especially the ones that come from your own garden. I don't know why, but homegrown stuff just tastes better than the mass produced stuff at Wal-mart. The fruits and vegetables from farmer's markets are amazing too. Too bad I'd have to drive 3 hours to get to one. I eat vegetables at lunch and dinner, and I'd say everyone ought to do that. They're the best source of a lot of minerals and vitamins essential to good health. Plus, they are fat free. :D

I get both fresh and frozen vegetables. I like that I can just get as much as I need from the freezer and the rest will keep for a while. I have to have fresh salad and carrots in my fridge at all times though. :) I eat vegetables at 2 meals everyday. Snow peas, carrots, and potatoes are my favorites but I really love most vegetables.

I prefer fresh but don't always get them. Usually we eat canned veggies but some frozen are so much better now than they used to be. Some canned and some frozen taste just as good as fresh homegrown. I don't eat them as often as I should I'm sure and as for a favorite, I don't have one since I like just about every vegetable. I am not a picky eater.

I try to get fresh when I can, but I get more frozen and canned than anything. I have to get stuff that will last especially when I buy things like turnip greens and spinach.

I like them fresh but lately all we've been using are frozen and canned. I usually eat them whenever I get hit by this urge to eat loads of vegetables. Broccoli is my favorite vegetable. I just can't get enough of it.

i love fresh vegetables and since we can get it easily here i am very seldom to buy the frozen or the canned one. I think the fresh one is cheap and i can have a plenty of choices here too. I like cauliflower, bok choy, carrot, cilies, cabbage and many more.

I prefer my vegatables fresh. I'd love to eat it everyday, even every meal but vegetables are more expensive here in the city so I don;t have any choice but to consume lesser amount of vegetable than I used to when I was living in the province. My favorite vegetable is string beans.

I prefer fresh but certain ones aren't available where I live year round. We usually buy the canned ones during the off seasons here. I think my favorite fresh vegetable is corn on the cob. We usually have a vegetable at supper time every day when the whole family is home together.
