Can You make an Unjust Law

If you were to be in the position to discharge an offender, I mean you have the final Say. What will you do if your Child happens to be a culprit of a murder case, with every evidence 100% guilty. Will you be biase or give a straight judgement to let law take its course. Remember an unjust law is no law at all.

My son is only almost two so I can't say for sure what I would do but I think that I would be doing him more of an unjustice by not handing him down punishment.
