I usually eat 2 meals a day brekfast and dinner I usually skip lunch because i dont have time to eat when im at work which is a pain so I was just woundering how many meals do you eat a day.

utuluk07 I eat three times daily, but in addition, I most times eat what I see appetizing, so I can say i do eat 4 to 5 times daily depending on the food nutrient and my mood.
