Okay other than pushing your new business onto your friends or onto others that you know or buying expensive leads, or putting out ads in supermarkets that only attract those who are curious about what you are doing, there MUST be other ways to find those who you can recruit and who are serious about getting into the business. I just started something that I love but my upline is the same as the others in the past. I do not want to fail this time, but I also know its going to take time and patience. But I need some advice! Thanks.

I think if you feel good about this program and think you can really make some money with it, then you need to find fun creative ways to get people involved. the great thing about MLM programs is, you really only need 3-10 people to join under you. you teach them what you know and help them find their own people. once you do that for your top line, then your work is done, you sit back and watch the money come in.
A great way to get people intersested is start a stay at home mom group. you have other women who are stay at home moms making looking for a way to make her own money. then you ladies and get together once a week and not only work on the business, but have play dates, work out dates, what ever. get creative

It's not impossible to be successful in MLM. Just that we need continuous effort. Bear in mind that MLM won't be successful in one day or two. I have tried several, it doesn't sound difficult to me at first. But over the time, I give up because of hardship that bothers and also laziness. Besides, I couldn't convince myself to continue to battle with all the odds. I don't want to be a nuisance among our friends as well. Therefore, your strategy is correct. Do not try to tackle anyone you meet. Only look for the one you think has interest and potentials. The company background is very important too. A good company can help you persuading your downline to join.

this one worked for me, and does not require the relentless sales leads.
