How to change Avatar on Mylot

Hi everyone! Please forgive my newbiness but I'm stumped on how to change my avatar? I'm sure there is a simple explanation but I'm not seeing it. Thanks so much for your help I'm still getting the hang of eveything here.

If I happened to like anime he would be cute yes.
