I have a problem trying to get to sleep when it is soo hot as i find it soo hard to get comfortable to begin with.All i seem to do is toss and turn and end up only getting a few hours sleep of a night time.

rdolphingirl I do find it hard to sleep when I am hot. I also have trouble sleeping when I am too cold ... so I guess I just need comfort *grin* I am pretty sensitive to heat though, and have gotten worse as I have gotten older *sigh* I find a cool/cold shower helps...
