Some says cell phone waves may damage brain waves and then have negative impact on brain's capability such as memory power, analysis power, etc .Especially when sleeping, the brain has also turned itself in sleeping state and has less force of defense. The brain is more vulnerable to the cell phone waves. So it is better to turn off cell phone at sleeping .But still many people do not tunr it off because they worried about missing important cals.So do you worried more about your brain or your important call or others?

I turn off my cell phone before sleeping, cuz i just get used to it...
The telecom operator provide a service to remind you as soon as you turning on the cell phone.
So I don't worry about the missing call a lot.

Well, I for one leave mine on all the time.
Not only is it a way for family to contact me if I am needed, but I also use it as my clock and my alarm. I do not have a land-line phone right now so its the ONLY way for anyone to reach me at night unless they show up at my door!
All electronics emit waves, not just cell phones, computers leak mercury, so on and so forth.
The way we live these days its almost impossible to get away from such things.
I read a long time ago about how the alarm clocks with the big LCD displays impaired sleep patterns. However unless you have the luxury of never needing an alarm you have to use something ... huh??

I keep my phone on at night mostly just because I don't think to turn it off. However, there have been times where people have needed me in the middle of the night and because my phone is on I am able to wake up and respond to them. Hopefully my brain won't be too messed up...haha
