Exercise shows?

Anyone watch exercise shows? When we had FitTV I watched several shows...In Shape with Sharon Mann, Cathe Friedrich, and all the Gilad shows. But then they took my FitTV away...so sad. Then I recently discovered they've started showing Gilad on Discovery Health channel -- hooray! Occasionally I watch Denise Austin on Lifetime channel but she can be annoying and I barely break a sweat.

I never watch these videos... I think if the person watching always..it works. it is good for those who do not have time to go to academy.
