How do we get her to stop spending?

My sister got married two years ago and built up a £15000 debt having a beautiful day. However since then she ahsnt stopped spending. She has two psp's, a ps3, a ps3, a nintendo wee, 2 ds lites, a pc, a laptop and an xbox. All on finance, i don't understand why she needs all of these things. Her debt is just building up and building up and her husband doesn't even know how can we get her to sort it out?
