Does anyone know a really good diet, That really works!

Im looking for a diet and for some reason none of them work for me, either I do it and see no results or I get tired of it because it becomes repetitive... is there any real good diets out there

WeightWatchers does really work. It isn't so much a diet but helps you change your lifestyle. It helps you work on portion control while still being able to eat a candybar if you want. I mean, you can't go and eat all your allowed points with candy bars and expect to still lose weight but if you do want a candy bar you can still have one. My aunt lost a huge amount of weight on it and has kept the weight off for 10 years so it DOES work. It takes discipline and patience.

You know what a friend of mine said the same thing except her weight is so up and down I can't take her word, but besides her others have said the same thing... But I have a problem with counting calories... and such...

well hello there my wonderful mylot friend!!How are you doing?? I have not seen you in a long while. to answer your post it is not about diet it's about life style changing. no diet works alone. you have to change your life style. the way you eat, how much you eat, what you eat, then you have to have to work out. you have to take all of these things and make them apart of your every day life. diet's never work. but eating right and working out for the rest of your life is what works

I know its been a long time...it seems alot of people have stop using Mylot... well Im back LOL...your right I need a push though. I love to excercise but I don't eat right. and the partner I had is just as weak as I am... I was hoping there was some kind of plan that may keep me in line, I guess the only thing that is going to help me is me wanting it as bad... but its soo hard... :(

yes honey it has been a long time. good to see you on. well alot of people are over at yuwie and have never come back. but me i go back and forth cause money is green and besides i love both sites. yes girl you have to motovate yourself. you have to want it enough to do what you say you are going to do. it may not be easy but it's very important

Hi AcousticSoul, Well, for me i just want to share with you my experience and this works for me hope it works for you too. If youre anemic dont do this, you can eat what you want just eat good nutrient food that nutrient will remain in our body. First thing in the morning you need to drink Hot juice any juices, eat one bread is ok. at lunch time eat 1 cup rice or bread alone, Do after 6, dont eat 6'oclock up, dont eat late at night. eat vegetables with protein like carrots,beans, pork, drink milk at night. Do exercise too...10 to 20 minutes Cardio-vascular exercise before and after breakfast will help burn this fat off efficiently. Drink atleast 8 glasses per day.
