mom2chriskel I've used yahoo for years and prefer to use it over the others. I used to use AIM long ago when I first got online. But now I use yahoo and sometimes my MSN messenger is on.

losing weight

mom2chriskel I'm pretty sure you don't have to know how to swim. I was watching the ladies this past week and they only went to about mid chest level and you do it in the shallow end of the pool.

mom2chriskel Water Aerobics and swimming would be the best. The water would take the weight of your body off your knee while you still got some exercise in and it is good for your whole body. I know that I hate to swim but I was thinking of joining the water aerobics class...

mom2chriskel We fill up the whole way. My husband drives 45 minutes to work (that is one way) so he can't afford to let the tank go low. Especially in the winter since he travels the interstate. You never know if there will be an accident and you have to sit forever....
