I love to bake and eat my Almond London cookies. This cookies consist of roasted whole almond as a main ingredients. I just love the taste of the cookies and once it comes to my mouth I will tend to eat more and more. It is actually a whole shell roasted almond covered with a dough and coated with a chocolate and finally sprinkled with some roasted chopped/grated almond. Last eid, I baked around 300 cookies and it last until the 3rd day of eid. Last week I baked another 180 cookies of Almond London for me and my spouse, and guess what, he finished it within 2 days.

my all-time favorite cookie is...Samoans! and as far as i know, only Girl Scouts sell them, once a year...
which sucks, but at the same time is probably a good thing, otherwise i would be eating them year-round and would be about 300lbs now because of it im sure!
they are fantastic! a cookie (not sure what kind of cookie..just plain short-bread i think) with a kind of gooey layer of caramel, then toasted coconut and then drizzled with chocolate stripes!!
maaan are those things good!

My all-time favorite cookies are called Caramel Cups. I got the recipe from my ex's Aunt. She made them every year for Christmas and I immediately became addicted to them! You use mini-muffin pans. It starts with a shortbread/cream cheese-type crust, then has a caramel filling, and is topped with a sugar-type frosting. They're a little bit of a pain to make, but they are to die for!
