I like to make Ramen salad. You use bagged cole slaw and green onions and sliced almonds. Toss in broken up uncooked Ramen noodles. Then you make a dressing with the seasoning packet, oil, vinegar, and sugar. It's a great dish that I've made for parties.

I make ours in the microwave. It only has stove directions on it, but it is so much easier to do it in the microwave. I just break the square of noodles up a little bit and add water and then microwave for 5 min or so and then add the seasoning.

I like them 3 different ways:
1) Microwave them with just enough water to soften them and the packaged mix stirred into the water. I liked them slightly firm sometimes.
2) Boil them in plain water and then dump the mix on top with some soy sauce.
3) Boiled in a pot with a small amount of water for 2-3 minutes so they are still firm, but slightly soft. I like the broth to be quite strong.

I usually just make them according to package directions. I sometimes add chopped leftover meat and or veggies to them. My favorite flavor is pork. I love a little leftover pork chop in them and some sliced green onion on top.

I usually bowl mine til the noodles are at a certain tenderness. I dont like them to tender. Anyways then I drained the water add the seasoning and butter. Sometimes I add milk. But i like it with just the butter and seasoning mostly.
