Are you a working person or someone who has there own business.
Do you think having a job is better than own private business.
What are the advantages of job over own business or otherwise?

i'm working full time. i think working for someone and having your own business have their own pros and cons. if you work for someone you gotta listen to your boss and you have a fixed income and sometimes your time is not that flexible. but if you have you own business then you are your own boss and your time is pretty flexible but the income might fluctuate depending on how good your business is doing.

I agree.
Entrepreneurship is not for everyone. Not everybody has the entrepreneur-spirit (like patience and creativity) to meet and withstand the challenges of the business. Many often give-up at the first sign of business-loss (business really has a trend of going up and down). You have to know your if your character fits the requirement of the entrepreneurship, otherwise it might you might end up having a heart-problem. Because running your own business means really hardwork (at first at least). It means less sleep. It means a lot of thins to worry about, etc.
Daytime job means just following your routine work assignment. Often, you don't really try very hard on making the company stronger for the next hundred years. You just go to work, laugh with your officemates and wait for the next payday.
Many people love their job because that's the type of job that they like to do. And they are often contented at that.
You can be rich at a job or in a business, if you love what you are doing. So I say, follow your heart. It doesn't matter if its your own business or in a corporate world. At the end of the day (or your life), you'll feel happy and grateful.
As for me, I like having my own business, well because it makes me happy doing it...

I have just graduated from the university and now is a working person. As I know, many people do like this first to learn knowledge, get experence and accumulate the money. And then one day when he has his own customers basic and get enough money, he will has his own business. Owning your business you can be more free and earn much more money and working for somebody else, but you must be a good employee and bear great pressure.

Of course I would prefer own business over jobs. It is simply because with own business... you have no boss... you manage your own time... you will benefit with every extra effort that you do.
Though I can say that there is also risk in having your own business. There are chances that your business will sink and you will loose all your money.

Dear Anshav,
I hope it also depends upon capability to run a business by that person. Moreover in business I according the expansions and its functions the responsibility is on the head of single person on other side responsibility of may be shared a lot. Any how hope both has its own merrits and demerrits and it depends how one handles it and interest and knowledge one has on it.

i work before for about 6 years but i decided to render my voluntary resignation because i saw businessman man become rich than to become an employee until i become old...you have no freedom on financial and time if you are a worker...unlike having your own business...you can do anything you want no boss will dictate on you...

me and my husband like to have own business. we have business right now. its a small grocery store. i think its better if you have your own business than working. the advantages having your own business, your the boss you have your own time. and your profit is fit and you can do what you wanted. not like if your working theres a lot of deductions, problems, pressures and etc.

i work in a bureau,but i would like to have my own business.i can do everything what i want to and arrange my time.but i know that having my own business needs experience ,money and so on.so now,i only need to work hard in order to have my own business in the future.
