How do you feel about new neighbors?

I do not know more about my neighbors. We just say "hello" to each other if we meet on the street. Otherwise we don't have any contact. I don't know whether they noise or not, because we have distance form each of our house.

Who knows she might become a great friend. I hope you two can get along. I know you have a child and so does she so you have that in common. The house next door to us is getting remodled and the people who where living in there just moved out. It is a rental home so you never know who is going to live there. I love to meet know people. The lady on the other side to us is a lady I worked with for years. We moved here three years ago and she moved in after that. Then one day I was her out in her yard and good deal she is my old friend from work. yayayaya.

I like my new neighbors, who I met today- EJ, wife (I assume) and very beautiful interracial baby girl. EJ helped me a bit, today, when I dropped my remote and phone and nobody was here. I tried to get it with a mop, a broom, and even a spatula to no avail. I'm glad they moved in because the people who used to live there were nuts!

It's always hard for me getting new neighbors - I'm not very outgoing and I feel like I really should go over and welcome them to the neighborhood or building whatever but it's hard for me to do that. Most times I just wait until I run into them in the hall or yard and see if they start a conversation... I really don't like noisy neighbors.

So when did you find out about getting a new neighbor? I guess if I want to know anything, I have to check out your discussions! LOL. Your closing in on your 100th post! You are at 98 as of this posting of mine.

I have neighbors that live fairly close to my front door, but everyone here is very private. If I've seen any of the occupants of the surrounding condos I've only seen them once or twice and then just very briefly. Its actually very quiet which I like.

Good luck....I like peace and quiet...I live between two trailers that were empty for along time... Then someone moved in the one to the right of me....They are in and are all the time...Always hearing slamming car doors...Then someone moves in the other one....They like to run through their trailer...Drives me crazy....Especially when I'm trying to sleep....
