I have no idea how did it happened here in mylot. Everytime i reply to a discussion, delete key on my keyboard does not function if i need to delete some words either by highlighting it or putting the cursor before the letter/word.
I checked on some word processing softwares, this new discussion, it works.
How about you guys, did you experience the same thing? It kinda bother me coz it's just that I don't know why...

you can not delete posted comments here in mylot you can not see also delete link here...the only thing you do...be careful of what words you use...check you comments before posting to avoid some difficulties and uncomfortable.

it think what he's trying to say is that. when his typing his response and want to delete a word or a letter. the delete button does not work but when his using a wordprocessor it works.
my answer: i think there something wrong with your browser try restating the browser. or try using the backspace button rather using delete.
Good Luck bro ^_^

I don't really know...if it does it on every other website it could be something the matter with your account on mylot...I have heard about alot of things going wrong with people's mylot accounts but I have never heard of anything like this what so ever...so I don't know what to do except for emailing mylot and asking them what is hte matter...

Are you talking about before you hit the 'post response' button? If so, that's odd.
Personally, I rarely use the delete button. I just highlight and hit the backspace button, it does the same thing.
I just tried highlighting a word here and used delete, and it worked just fine.
If you're talking about trying to delete 'after' you post the response, you can't.

yeah i know of any other functions relative to deleting a word... but well, i was just curious to know and even amazed why it happened... for more than 5 days now prior to when i discovered. Anyway, thank you so much for trying to make things better here.
