Are you a racist?

I think racial discrimination is not right and just. I mean it's already judging a person by it's physical aspect. I mean everybody has individual differences and I think we have the right to live whatever and wherever we are assigned to by God. I just don't like the thought sometimes that some look at you from your roots and not by who you really are and what you can do. It's definitely not right and as for me, I'd really love to have friends of different nationality and of my nationality as well. So how about you? Do you also discriminate people? I'm just wondering.. ^_^

I've never considered myself to be. Racist is something that I've always hated. As someone pointed out though racists sometimes don't think of themselves as being one. I believe God put different races and colors here for a reason. Think how boring it would be if we all looked alike.

Racism is plain wrong.. absolutely not my form of thinking. You base your feeling on people by the persons they are, and not by the color of their skin, the place of birth, or the culture from where they derive. Example: A person can be of my race and come from the same place that I did, and they can still be totall jerks. Race has no definitive effect on who people ultimately choose to be.

While it is not right, I do believe everybody regardless of race has a little bit of racist and a little prejudice, that is just how we are. But I do agree some people just go way beyond this and I do belive these type of people should rethink the way in which they view the world.

I try not to be. Honestly! I pride myself of keeping an open mind. However, there is this particular race or nationality of people who I find not really to my liking. I found out that they are acting the way they are acting because its in their culture. They are brought up that way. Now, I can't blame them for that, can I? So to be fair I still chat or talk to a lot of them as part of my "giving each person to prove himself" an as* or not. LOL! Though I am saddened to know that I ONLY found one or two of them to my liking, but still I didn't judge them on first meeting them because of where they come from. So I guess, I could say that I am not a racist.

Guess I am the same as the post before me re: friends.I do not consider myself to discriminate against anyone,I do understand those who do at times though. It is not that simple I am afraid. I will agree we can all benefit from looking a little deeper at times, and we could benefit greatly by useing more understanding.

Hi, I do not think that every racist admits that they are racist still I would consider my self not to be a racist. As I feel being with others and sharing them is one of unity with diversity. We can learn more and share more and more or peace with a feeling of oneness may spread. The mix of various cultures and other behaviors makes to adjust it or justify may be the afraid of being changed.

Im never been a racist. Why is it because the colour of their skin the form of their nose.. the way believe into something.. or they pray and offer something to the trees as their religious ways??? I hate when someone always tells something about race.. We are all human here. and we breathe the same air we drink the same water and we swim in the same sea?? So whats the problem with that.. Yellow, brown white, black... theyre just colours.... that makes this world colorful..

I discriminate among people as to who my friends will be. It's just that race isn't one of the factors I use.

when u are interested in other perspectives ,it doesnt imply, even slightly ,that u are advocating it .the racial discrimination is not right .because we live the earth ,everybody have trust ,be a animal ,be a cat ,be a dog ,everything .being interested ,without judgment,in the way other people choose to live and behave . when someone acts in a way that seems strang e to u ,rather than reacting in ur usual way ,such ,as .i order for this strategy to help u ,u have to be genuine.that is the way u chang the world.
