Where is the alarm clock in your bedroom? Ours is on the other side of the bedroom, so we have to get out of bed to turn it off. Doesn't matter if it is summer or winter if the clock is on the bedside table we just turn it off...

last year,i had a serious illness,my leg unable to walk,it is so pain day and night.i thought i would be dead near the future.i am almost dead.at that time,i coould not go to sleep,ofen painful sweating.but my wife always help...
