Okay, so I am trying to lose weight. I am really stepping up my fitness. I try working out as often as possible. Currently, my favorite is still doing high impact aerobics. Do you have a favorite? I think I've tried just about everything, but who knows, maybe there is something out there that I should try!
Here is my 3favorites:
1. High Impact Aerobics
2. Low Impact Aerobics
3. Jogging
So give me your favorites and why they are your favorites! Lets all try to broaden our fitness programs!

That's a tough one. I usually go through phases where I like a specific kind of workout and then after a while I get fed up with it. I do like pilates. I have a video called "CRUNCH Burn & Firm Pilates" and it is AWESOME. I love it. I'm thinking of buying the strippercise videos from Carmen Electra's "Fit To Strip" series. They seem like they could be interesting, as well as teach me some hot dance moves! And who dosen't love looking hot? Ha ha ha. I've been moving... So I am SOOO slacking on my working out.

My favourite form of exercise would be dancing, listening to music and exercising at the same time, plus toning your body. Could not think of a better way to exercise. My second favourite would be swimming laps, as it is light impact on the muscles and the best toner for all kinds of muscles in your body, plus you can do a variety of strokes and drills so you do not get bored. Lastly another form of exercise I enjoy is walking along the beach as it is peaceful and you feel so free whilst looking at the ocean.

Honestly, I don't like to exercise lol.
You only like it when you keep on motivating yourself.
Motivation is sometimes hard to come.
But I exercise when I need to since I am regularly called back to the army.

for me sports and walking is already a form of exercise...do we really have to do it in numbers in order to have a healthy body...just be active in sports and walk a lot...dont be too lazy to always take a ride even if its just a few blocks away from you...the problem with this generation is they work a lot in a small office and take the car to and from the office...then they pay a lot of money just to work out...but if they would only be active in sports they dont need to go to the expensive gym just perspire their hearts out....

Swimming, Water aerobics, walking and Elliptical training machine.
I don't have a pool or gym membership so I can't enjoy the first two. I hope to buy some water aerobic equipment so I can take advantage of the 3 mos of the year that VT has lakes worth swimming in LOL
I'd love a indoor heated pool!

I have always had problems jogging so that is definitely NOT my favorite! :) I love to downhill ski which is a form of exercise as well as a sport, but unfortunately I barely ever get to go anymore. Currently, my favorite is the Stepper machine. I can't believe I just said that! I used to absolutely HATE those things... couldn't even stay on a minute on level 1 without huffing and puffing. However, the past few months after using the treadmill 4-5 days a week, my heel spurs began really acting up. One day there was another lady on the only treadmill in our exercise room in the apartment complex I lived in so I got onto the stepper and ended up staying on for about 10-15 minutes... I thought I was going to die! It was so hard & just on level 1. I found the next day however that my feet weren't as sore. I guess this is because your feet stay planted in the same position instead of the constant pounding of walking on a treadmill. I continued to gradually increase my time on the stepper & the level. After about 2 months, I am now using it 4-5 days a week mainly on level 3 & 4 but I usually do level 5 & sometimes 6 for a few minutes as well. I also like to swim a lot & can't wait until the weather warms up so I can use the outdoor pool at our complex.

I use to love doing Aerobics back when I was in high school, we had such a great teacher. She really made it fun. It was more dancing, in my opinion.
Now I enjoy walking. We are wanting to get a treadmill since the new buzz is how many steps you can take in a day.
