how can i get star[ratings] on my name ???

Once you've made over 100 posts you'll get your own star. Then it goes up and down depending on how many "+"s or "-"s other people give you.

I believe people have told me that it is the way they get a star is the more people that rate your comments with the + and - signs bellow each comment.

You will once you get 100 responses..

Oh and one more thing, don't think to much into the rating thing. I mean there will always be people who don't like one or so of your posts, so this makes ratings go up and down faster then anything.

I think that the only way to get stars and higher stars beside you name is to do alot of post and get people to really like them(in other words do the ones that you think that you could help people on and know alot about so that you can help them on it..)because i think that it goes up with all of the post that you do and all of the best answers that you get from what you have done for other people here on mylot..i think..

you can have stars above your name if you reached 100 comments posted on any discussions here...increase your ratings by being active here...you can see different colors of stars with numbers inside...the higher the ratings the positive response you can make to people.

You can see a visible star to your name, once you reach 100 posts. The higher the number of the star, the higher the rate is. If other users here in mylot sees your response positively, or they like the way your response are, then you will have a higher star ranking. But if you are rude expect negative ratings from other users and you will get lower star number. The highest is 10 and the lowest I have seen here is 2. I hope it helps...
