I like playing the slots online and at the beginning of the year they had a five day sweepstake and I won £500, I was over the moon, the second day I won another £20 just for playing my favourite slots on the online casino. You get points for playing certain games and certain promotions, the points get changed into cash too! I banked the £500 and put it in my holiday fund. I have also won other cash prizes and even a colour television in the past. Good luck Grandpa Bob!

I love contests and enter many of them. Its great when its free see my vitamin post 2 bottles free or any of my refunding and saving money posts. I have always believed if a company wants to give me something, then I'll be first in line. Sorry to see it took a link to get your friend list to post. I think one unresolved isn't bad and wish it was the case for me. I might just try posting a link to get the pair of them off that have been with me awhile.

The casinos here have all sorts of promotions, but from what I see, you have to gamble for points or merchandise or you have to gamble to get more gambling money. Your contests sound like fun though. I love a contest and enter sweeps online all the time - I understand the odds are ridiculous but someone has to win right? whit

I can't say that I have signed up for any contest or sweepstake recently. I have in the past, but I've never won anything by doing so!

I have only been to a casino once in my life. Gambling really isn't interesting for me, I prefer playing scrabble myself.

Hi Grandpa Bob, Those are some really great sweepstakes, and I do hope you win something. I've only ever won one thing, in my life, but am always trying. I usually just enter online contests for cash and prizes, as that's the easiest for me. I've been entering a monthly draw, for $5000.00, from Reader's Digest for months now, but still nothing. I get one entry per day, but it's getting to be useless, I think. I'd love to win something for a change.

I'm not into entering sweepstakes, though I did fill out a form at the mall sometime last year as it was for a chance to win a car, or cash. Seeing I only had one vehicle for a family of four I figured I would give it a shot. Big mistake, because after that I was getting phone call after call saying that I won something else, that I didn't even sign up for, and that I'd have to go down to their office to watch some 2 hour promotional thing to possibly get my prize. As I wasn't interested in a big bunch of bull I hung up. :P LOL The sweepstakes I entered for finally stopped calling after months of trying, thank goodness. Another time a few months ago I received a notice in the mail for some sort of prize. In order to be entered I had to call their 800 number. I didn't want to do it, but my husband said to try anyway (I guess he was feeling optimistic that day LOL) so I went ahead and called. I had to listen to some woman who sounded like she was reading the words off from a booklet, almost robotic sounding. After several minutes of listening she finally got to the wonderful magazine subscription offers. Joy. She named off a bunch and told me how much less they cost then the newsstands. When she asked me which of the three I was interested in ordering, I said "Do you have any magazines on autism?" I have to say it threw her for a loop LOL and she named off all the magazines again. I told her since there weren't any on autism I wasn't interested. LOL She still tried to get me to order by claiming they were so much less this way, but I held my ground. She let me know I was entered and we said good bye and hung up. And guess what? I didn't win anything, big surprise. :P

Wow, your casino sure has a lot of promo's and comps! I told my mom about yoru casino and she said that is really nice and that the casino she works at doesn't do nearly that much for their customers. I hope you win that $1000!!!!

I love entering contests but I never win. I do continue to enter. I figure that the more I enter the larger chance I will have of winning something. The last time I won a contest I was pregnant with my daughter and she will be turning 30 at the end of the month.

I love going to the Casino and playing the slots. The nickel slots that is. *smiling* I am not one to enter contests or sweepstakes. For I am the most unluckiest person I know. I never win anything, so I have given up trying. Although this hasn't detoured me from going to the Casino to play my nickel slots. *LOL*

I love to go to stores that have promo events ans always sign up but have never won anything.If I did I would probably die of shock. and I keep entering publishers clearing house but guess that they lost my ten million dollar check as theyjust never did show up at my front door.lol hope this triggers some more responses for you love, grandpa bob.
