Living next to a murderer.

Has anyone lived next door to a murderer? Our neighbor killed his wife in a rage one night. He came to our house, told me to call the sheriff and was very agitated. It was quite awhile before the sheriff was able to arrest him and he confessed. The neighborhood was so scared before we found out he had done it.

That be scary. I have never lived next to a murderer. Although a rapist used to live down the street from me but he moved.

Now that I would not like. I like the idea of having my grandchildren come over and play outside without worrying about their safety. So was this person run out, or did he just move ont on his own? I realize that they have to live somewhere, but who in his right mind would want this kind of neighbor? Did your neighbohood change while he lived there?

He moved out on his own. It didn't really change the neighborhood, he didn't live here for very long at all.

I've never lived near a murderer, at least not that I know about. That would be a little scary!

It definitly was and it stayed that way until he was arrested. Makes for good discussions,though. It's a little like one-upmanship. My story is better than yours, etc! However, it is a little hard to get into a conversation!
