What is the longest time you spent playing (straight)?

The longest I have ever played on xbox 360 was for 7 hours straight. After that I had a headache for the rest of the day. If you are going to that I suggest taking in between brakes every 30 minutes.

Ummm... I played through Halo 3 co-op with some friends start to finish on Legendary and that must've taken about 6 hours straight. That was a really long session without any breaks.

Wonderful. I am not a marathon runner. But I play sports like badminton, basketball, football etc. My longest stint was at a football match, where I had to play the first 90 minutes and another 30 minutes and shootouts. Means some 3 hours and 10 minutes. of course, I had some 10 + 5 + 5 minutes of rest in between. After that match I was down with dehydration for some 3 days.

Id have to say that the longest time i spent playing a video game was like 9 hours straight, without taking a snack break or bathroom break, it was last year and I had just ordered Splinter Cell : Double Agent for my X-box from gamestop.com,I had been playing it and i was like half way through the game when I accidently deleted my file, I was so upset and mad at myself and i couldnt sleep so i basically made myself I stay up 9 hours that night just so i could play Double agent from beginning to end. Which I was very happy with myself after that cause I think beating the game in 9 hours was a good record for me.Id honestly have to say that after that my eyes hurt, my hands were kinda sore and I was really tired. There are some games im willing to play for long periods of time, but I seriously hope I never end up in another situation where I end up staying up 9 hours again just to beat a game.

Dude, I spent about 18 hours playing the last stretch of Final Fantasy 7. And yeah, my brother was pissed off and went off destroying the CD. Arrgghhh. I think I did that also to final fantasy tactics and yeah, my brother destroyed the save file. Talk about ruining the moment. 8 hours is like my normal gaming time. I usually spend around 6-10 hours playing games. But now, because the PS2 is broken and we're all stuck with the PS3 and NBA Live 08, I'm contented to about one full basketball game(12minutes) once in a while(Dynasty mode). Oh yeah, I still have my DS, and I've played like 8 hours straight on one game.

The longest i spent playing a game was 24 hours straight and I still was not finished with the game..it took me about 12 hours after that to finish the game..its was mass effect lol and im mad because i had to reformat my hard drive and everything got deleted and i really want to play mass effect 2 ..o well i guess i could rent it and beat it in a slower pace lol. I could say fallout 3 but that took at least 2 weeks to beat so ya.. Mostly every game i get like gears 2 or cod 4 i usually beat in about 6 to 5 hours lol.
