I have already been very fat,but I always can't help eating chocolate,especially in the night,I have no idea about this.Sometimes,in order to get rid of this bad habbit,I drink a lot of water,but it did't help.Who can help me ?

I hav same habbit.And I don't think anybudy can help you.You are the only person who can help by having control on you.

OK,I think I will.Or I should say I hope I will.Now in China is midnight ,but I am still surfing the Internet and eating the chocalate.Hope I can control myself~
