Dont you get fed up with constant emails from such and such wants to buy you a drink, and invitations from people you dont even know? The only good thing Ive got out of facebook is contacting my cousin who lives and works in Thailand and an old school freind who lives in Mexico now...whats your view?

Hi,
I dont get either of these things - maybe because on my security settings I have limited the people that can search etc and so I have never had anyone send an invitation whom I do not know. I love facebook as it keeps me connected to old friends, my family and friends that I dont see as I moved from my country a while ago. The only thing that does annoy me with Facebook is the amount of applications on there, I have hundreds of application requests everyday, but otherwise I am a big fan of Facebook.

Maybe I should work out the security settings, I just find the whole thing very complicated, if I had more time I would figure the site out properly lol. Thanks for your responses :)

Well I am getting sick of the application requests to be honest. I just hit the ignore key. It's already getting to be overboard, I do agree. I like facebook because it connected me with some long lost friends and helped me reconcile with those from the past who I had some problems with.. but other than that, the applications are getting annoying, I agree.
