Favorite Sandwich

I love roasted veggie sandwiches with flavorful sweet red peppers, onions, zucchini... However, PB & J comes in a close second. It is, like you said, a great snack. I remember a local restaurant used to make theirs with strawberry jelly and slices of fresh strawberry and fresh chunky peanut butter...we loved them.

My new favorite sandwich is one I started making recently. I toast 2 pieces of bread and then put butter and garlic salt on them. Then i fry up some mushrooms in a little bit of butter till they are warm. Then I put on the sandwich lunch meat and cheese and the mushrooms and microwave it for a few seconds so the cheese gets soft.

My all time favorite sandwich to eat is turkey and spicy brown mustard on toast. I love these things so much that when I was in high school me and my cousin (I rode to school with her) would have them for breakfast each morning.
