Poor service of Cafe Cartel Staffs at Raffles City

Few days ago, i go to cafe cartel(Raffles City) with my boyfriend eat lunch. We have eaten dinner at other branch(plaza singapura) before. Thumbs up for service provided at Plaza Singapura. :) How to say poor service? Well we Go there around noon at 1.30pm and there is not much people there. Both of us order lunch set which is set A and B. We chat a while waiting for our meal to be served. My lunch set come so soon so i eat first, while my boyfriend eat some bread while waiting for his. O.O wah his order come so long roughly about 20 mins later while at plaza is very efficient and fast. Then we finish our lunch and chat chat about everything. Both of us wait for our empty plates to be cleared which it is later done half an hour. But the staff never notice and asked us about anything who clear our table. We thought staff will serve us dessert soon so we waited for half hour till an hour. Yet no staffs ever noticed our table and never ask much whether we want dessert be served. But those managers are present never bother about their staffs and never notice it. My boyfriend notice one staff busy chat and serve his friends. how can it be like that. Please bear it in mind that time not busy not much people. Unlike Plaza singapura is busy and their staffs provide good service despite lot of people. It spoil my day already that we left that place without eating our dessert. well i think we can't emphasis on customer service. shake head. Sorry for negative views i put here.
