Poor service of Cafe Cartel Staffs at Raffles City

Few days ago, i go to cafe cartel(Raffles City) with my boyfriend eat lunch. We have eaten dinner at other branch(plaza singapura) before. Thumbs up for service provided at Plaza Singapura. :) How to say poor service? Well we Go...
