How much have you lost? In what amount of time? And what did you do to do it? Weight is a very hard thing to deal with sometimes? Just would like to hear others and how they have done on theirs. I struggle from day to day. But really need to lose 50 pounds!

Since November when I really faced up to the fact that I ate for comfort, I have been getting a handle on my eating and exercising more and just from that I lost over 20lbs so far, but have over 40 to go, it's a long road but I'll get there.

i lost 7 lbs in a month.thanks to my fitness trainer..well,its hard to lose weight but in order to achieve your ideal weight, you have to sweat and work hard for it.dont eat fatty foods, just greens and fruits.go to the gym and work out for 2 or 3 hours, 5 times a week..

I joined weight watchers 6 weeks ago and I have lost just over 10 pounds. It is a great progam and very easy to follow.
An important thing is to write down everything that you eat in the day. Once I started doing this, I would realize that I wasn't hungry during certain times of the day when I would normally eat.
I hate to say I am not big into exercise. But once the weather gets nicer, I will be walking every night.

I have just started to lose weight because I had some health issues after I had my baby (she is now 6 months) Since she was born in Sept I have lost 32 pounds. I mostly have just started being more conscious of what I am eating. I when I "think" I want something to eat I will drink a glass of water and if I still feel really hungry I will eat something. I try eating small amounts several times a day instead of 3 big meals. Making sure you get enough water is key. Also eating alot of Protein will help you will energy.
Now I am starting to hover at the weight I am at but I can still see changes. I am thinking this is because I am now working out and gaining muscle mass which weighs more than fat.
I like you, cannot go to the gym that many times. I have 3 daughters and a step daughter, a husband, and a job. LOL who has time to work out?? I was trying to go for walks whenever it was warm enough. My husband bought me a Gazzelle (from Tony Little) last month and I love it. I work out 20 minutes every other day with his video. ITS AWESOME. Now that it is starting to warm up here we are going to go outside and start walking more on the days I don't do the videos.
OH also the biggest tip I can give you is......... DON"T weigh yourself. Its sets you up for failure or success everytime you get on. IF you just have to know I would weigh in once a week at the same time every week and hide the scale the rest of the week.
GOOD LUCK
