are you a kind of person who forgives and forget? or you forgive but never forget?
I maybe mean but i'm a kind of person who never forget...i can easily forgive but no matter what happen the incident will remain in my mind and every time i see the person involve...i will always remember the details.
Are you one of my kind? Do you think it's wrong?...have you had any experience wherein you forgive and forget?

Forgiving is a lot easier than forgetting. But they say that if you can't forget, than it's just like you have never forgiven at all. I am having difficulty on this at this point in my life. I have been hurt too much by someone and I feel too much anger inside of me. The feeling is not good. Everytime this person's name comes up, I can actually feel hatred bursting from inside my chest. I need to forgive, and yes, to forget, to be able to feel that complete peace within me.

I got your point, but in my case I've learn to forgive without forgetting but I actually feel at ease, I mean whenever I see the person involve, I'll remember the "event" but I will not feel any hurt or pain coz i'm over it..
