scaredsoul skipping meals isn't a way to maintain your shapes or whatever...you can eat as long as you want especially when your job requires for it, and if it happen that you gain weight you could always do exercise to balance it...but never skip meals or try to lessen...

scaredsoul I got your point, but in my case I've learn to forgive without forgetting but I actually feel at ease, I mean whenever I see the person involve, I'll remember the "event" but I will not feel any hurt or pain coz i'm over it..
