Here in montreal, we are having our ninth snowstorm of the season, the streets are parallelized, cars stranded everywhere, busses unable to do their routes and returned to the depot, the city is running out of places to store the snow the pick up.
It takes an entire week to clear all the snow and they are running out of money.
the uk has been hit hard and there is snow in texas,
do you find this weather is absolutely crazy?
are you happy with the way your city is dealing with the situation, could they be doing any better?
are you just plain fed up with winter?
or do you just love it?

I am calm I don't go out but the people in my city are all fed up, schools were closed today and people are paralysed, they cannot move around and get to work and doctors appointments and every where else, and it has been a long winter, and we still have a month or so to go.

The weather here in the United States has been very weird also. We just had a huge snow storms here but it has all melted away now. We usually have flowers around this time of year, not snow. The weather is absolutely crazy. We even had what is called, "thunder snow". We have even had tornadoes in the winter time here. That is very strange. Our small town does nothing to clear the roads around here. They don't put down salt or brine. They put down rocks instead. They never clean side roads. they only attempt to touch the main roads only. I am fed up with winter this year. I wish we had snow for Christmas and be done with it.
I wish out county would put salt down on the roads or brine and clean the roads around here. That is what we pay taxes for.

I was fed up with winter before it evens started!! I also live in Montreal, as you know , so you can understand why im that fed up of winter!! This is just too much snow..but the thing is, we either get very little snow, and lots of very cold days, or a whole lotta snow and not a lot of very cold days...not really an interesting choice there, but...
I think the city should move their butts to remove this snow before the next snow fall. Here on my street, for all the snow storms we had this winter, when the next one came, the snow from the last storm was still all there!!

I am tired of winter, but my town handles it okay. It is just that I drive to a dinky town that does not handle it well. We have sun today, and I am thrilled. No snow on the ground.

Here in Victoria we have the liquid sunshine and lots of it. Fortunately we don't have to shovel it. The daffodils are blooming and the tulips are up. I predict a snowstorm before spring sets in. Others say spring is here. Either way I am glad I'm not in Montreal! I had to brag about the weather here on the westcoast because that is what we do best!
