I want to be rich

I dont want to be shallow or what not but i have always seen myself as going to be rich one day. I still have this goal and dream and will make it come true. I want to be able to do as I please b/c I'm finacilly set. I want to be rich not b/c of the money but to be free, b/c you cant really do as you please unless you have the money, i want to be able to go to art gallerys and knwo the new artists of today, i want to be able to go to disney world, and all that good stuff. Sometimes i wonder if this is wrong to wish i come from a very poor family and it never really bugged me it still doesnt really. The only thing i really want is the freedom of doing and going where i want. I wish that socitty didnt rely on money as much.

There is nothing wrong in wanting to be rich. Just so long as you don't hurt others in the doing of it, and that you remember that it doesn't mean that your are superior to others. But you can actually do the things that you mentioned without being very rich. Art galleries are free or quite cheap. Libraries are there to be gobbled up. Fine music, opera and dance are all freely available. Disneyworld isn't really that expensive in the grand scheme of things. If you are rich in knowledge, somehow everything else is less important. Now, I am off to my yacht for a few days if my plane's ready. Speak soon.

Get him to spend $10 and go together. Art galleries can be very sexy places. If you want to persuade him, just say that you heard that men go to galleries to meet attractive, intelligent young women (true) and if he won't take you, then you just might have to go on your own! In the meantime, use the internet. There is stacks of stuff on there about art, all over the World.

Get a jar and put a penny in it. Then tomorrow, put twice as many pennies (two), and then each day, put twice as many as you added the day before. The first week or so should be pretty easy. But if you can do it for 30 day, you'll have over $10,000,000.

I have a pet food container/pail that I put my loose change into as well as my wifes change from her tips to use for our entertainment etc. It adds up quickly with her tips money actually. Just recently I cashed the pail in for a trip to the casino and had over $90 in it. We didn't wein at the casino but we had a blast.

what a thought when i was little i use to go to the skating ring and pic up pennies ppl throw away and i swear i was getting boucoups of money and spending it on the games or a toy or somehting, i bet the guy up there dreaded when i walk up with a hand full of pennies.

3. Freedom doesn't go with money, money can support you have freedom but it doesn't mean you will absolutely have freedom. Freedom is freedom and money is money. Nothing to do with the mix of them.
4. You can do without money you just choose don't want to do it
5. Yes it is the world when the good stuff cost too much of money that makes people become greedy

i meant more of a fiancal freedom, a freedom to go where i want when i want. I will have it one day, but i still wish somethings we could do without worring how much its going to cost

Who doesn't want to be rich? I think that if people are thinking that being poor is noble or that other people owe them something.
The secret to wealth is working and saving and learning about investing and having some discipline in finances.
If you want to read a good book about this read "The Millionare Mind." It is an eye opener.

i think i already have a millionare mind and am working my way there, we make about 50,000 and next year it should be doubled maybe tripled b/c we are starting our own business on the side

No you are not shallow at all, no one 'wants' to be poor, wanting to be rich is good, as long as we arent hurting others in the process. It gives you incentive to try to find a way to make it happen. I too want to be rich, not sure how or when but one day it will happen. Keep a positive outlook and go to the art show:)

but the question is....

that was a big ? for me on how can i be a rich guy when i dont have money to invest....

we are putting some money not much into some product that sellsat good profit, go sell it at the flea market, put what we make back into it and we can make more than 2000 a week, we put about 1000 into it, havent went to the flea market to sell b/c we are waiting on one more shipment, our market if we sell at retail price will be like 3000% something we bought for .20 cents sells at 10$ thank of it, we can make 100,000 in a year just working the weekends if we make 2000 a weekend which is very possible, than my fiance is going to keep working until we know we can make a good living at it, try to get a store going and boom, maybe we will be somewhere. all i see is success in the future.

I am rich. I have a wonderful loving wife whom I have been married to for almost 30 years. I have a great daughter and son. I have 2 superb grandsons courtesy of my daughter and I am still breathing today. So I am rich as I need to be. Now if someone wants to send a few hundred thousnd dollars this way I could also say I am rich finacially. But until then I will buy my Powerball tickets hoping to win millions that way.

lol thanks i like it, im rich in that way too only dont have my own kid or grandkid yet. i do have a step kid though. One day i will be rich finacially and i will keep trying till i get there
