Have you received a letter telling you of your offence? If not there was probably no film in the camera...... half the speed cameras in the U.K don't have film stuff in them as the cameras keep on getting vandalised, they are mostly used as a deterrent, this has been my friends experience. You may get a fine, points on your licence or even banned and made to retake your test if you have been driving less than a year

The licence retake covers the first 2 years and not one and he will not get banned. 30mph and over is a defo ban

My uncle got caught on one of those cameras a few weeks ago. They even had a picture of his car with the liscense plate. He was mailed an $80 ticket. I don't know, but you may recieve something similar. Big Brother is watching!

Possibly, they will mail you a ticket. But they must provide you with proof it was your vehicle.

www.speed-trap.co.uk you might be getting 4 points and fined. another 4mph quicker and you would be in court looking at getting banned.
