How do I fix the Windows blue screen errors?

I often have been encountering the Microsoft Windows blue screen errors. May i know how to fix this not to happen again and again.

mark17779 Have you tried to reinstall windows from the disc ? I think when my lap top had blue screen it was because windows was corrupt, quick reinstalation and virus scan and it was all good.
