Do you talk to your boyfriengs/girlfriends about their ex's?

I have been dating my dude for awhile and all of a sudden we found ourselves in a discusion about his exes and mine. We laughed we smirked we cackled. Sometimes the talks of our exes creep into the conversation and we both always end up laughing depending on the story. I told my mom this and she thought I was nuts. Her exact words were "why would you want to talk about his exes? I would be jealous!"
Does anyone talk about there guys/gals exes and don't feel an ounce of jealousy or insecurity or is it just me?

I suppose I do get jealous but I only seem to do so if one of his brother's brings it up. I trust my fiance, and know that the past is the past... I still get jealous though when his friends say something, and I am not sure why.

I can understand you getting jealous when Rickey especially brings it up,because he doesnt always word things the best,and what he says can be taken wrong,and I get jealous sometimes too,and I love you.

Thats cool that you and your dude talk about ya'lls ex's and it is a little strange that ya'll laugh about it.Me and my fiance do talk about our ex's every once in a while,but we dont really feel the need too,cause the ex's are in the past,and we love each other with all our heart.

my girlfriend who happens to be my wife, when we were in a boy-girl relationship, i never talked to her ex, but she asked me so many times about my ex's, and i find it very annoying, which was eventually led in heated arguement.

My husband and I don't talk a lot about our exes, but we have both had other partners before we met, and we have told us eachother about our past and the people that we have been with. Sometimes I mention one of my ex-boyfriends in the conversation, but I don't talk a lot about them, I think that my husband and I would both get jealous if we talked too much about our exes. I think it is okay to tell eacother briefly about the things that happened in the past, but we don't feel like sharing all the details.
