sdj3rd I dont think a UPS is a must for normal desktop users, but it will really help you protect your valuable programs that you run. well if you are running a server thn i think it is a must for you.

sdj3rd i think it doesn't matter if you place 1st or 2nd, what matters is your viability as a commercial artist, you may win the contest but you may not be the record breaking artist recording companies are looking for.
